| The glory of a nation is the most precious: Araghchi |
Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has shared a photo online of himself mourning next to the coffin of slain IRGC chief Hossein Salami. He wrote that he is proud of his country for being able to defend itself by fighting against two nuclear powers in the photo's caption. He also shared a few pictures from the event on his Instagram account. The funeral was held for military commanders, nuclear scientists and civilians killed in Israeli attacks since June 13.
Araghchi wrote, "The pride of a nation is the most precious" in the photo's caption. '
Through their heroic resistance against two nuclear-armed regimes, the Iranians have defended their honor and pride, and now look to the future with more pride, dignity and determination than ever before," "he said."
Israel has never officially acknowledged possessing nuclear weapons, despite widespread belief.
