Relations with India at 'reset' stage: Foreign Secretary

"Foreign Affairs Adviser Tawhid Hossain has said that India's relations with the ousted Sheikh Hasina government are now at the stage of" "reorientation."  "He also said relations with the neighbouring country were not cool."

Asked what kind of relations - political, economic or communication - are at the stage of re-structuring, the foreign adviser said the relationship is all-inclusive.

On relations with Myanmar, he said, "We have no conflict with Myanmar, nothing except the Rohingya problem. The only solution to the Rohingya issue is to go back to their country, stay safe, live a normal life, no one will stop them there, no injustice will be done. The world community recognises this. But I can't implement it. And there's a lot of effort. Accepting the fact that we couldn't do anything to get them back. Hopefully, we can do that in the coming days.
