| Trump's audio leaked: bomb threats to Moscow and Beijing |
US President Donald Trump has threatened to bomb Moscow to stop Russian President Vladimir Putin from attacking Ukraine. He also threatened to bomb Beijing over the Taiwan issue. Trump himself said this to donors at an election fundraising event in 2024. An audio clip of the conversation was recently released by CNN.
According to CNN, in the leaked audio, Trump is heard saying that he told Putin that if he did not stop attacking Ukraine, he would bomb Moscow. I told him I had no other choice. Putin told me he didn't believe me. I'm pretty sure he believed me 10% of the time.
Trump also claimed that he had made similar threats to Chinese President Xi Jinping during a meeting with fund donors last year. According to him, Xi warned the Chinese president that if he attacked Taiwan, the United States would bomb Beijing in response.
"He thought I was crazy," Trump is heard saying in the leaked audio. ' Trump has said he never had a problem with Xi.
