| 2 Al Jazeera journalists killed in Israeli air strikes in Gaza |
Separate Israeli strikes in the Gaza Strip have killed two media workers, one of whom was an Al Jazeera journalist.
One of them was an Al Jazeera journalist. His name is Saddam Hussein. He was killed in an Israeli strike in northern Gaza on Monday.
Witnesses told Al-Jazeera that the vehicle carrying Hossam Shaabat was targeted in the eastern part of Beit Lahiya.

Gaza's government media office says the number of media workers killed in Israeli attacks in Gaza since October 2023 has reached 208.
